Massage Therapy

Lifeline Massage Therapy was created in May of 1997 on Long Beach Island, NJ. The definitions of “lifeline” are “an anchored line thrown as a support to someone falling or drowning,” “a line shot to a ship in distress,” and my favorites, “a line used to raise and lower deep sea divers,” and “a vital line of access and communication.” My intention has always been to provide a safe space for my clients to get out of their heads and back into their bodies, to experience a greater sense of peace and connection within themselves by allowing release to occur by quieting the mind. When thoughts shift to the physical body, our awareness is brought to the present moment. I believe that is where true healing takes place. Every breath in each moment allows us to dive deeper past the surface to our true self!

“Healing is an active journey. It takes a lot of work to be fully present with what is!” — Kristin
